This policy explains what information Shepherd Start (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit shepherdstart.com or buy The German Shepherd Puppy Playbook, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you buy: checkout is handled by our payment partner, Whop. Whop collects your payment details; we never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver the product and support you.
- When you browse: we use analytics and advertising tools that may set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, approximate location, device and browser type, and the ad or link that brought you here.
- When you email us: the content of your message and your email address.
Tools we use
- Whop — checkout, payment processing, product delivery and the Whop Pixel for ad measurement.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — the Meta Pixel measures visits and clicks from our ads and helps show them to people likely to be interested. Whop also tells Meta when a purchase comes from one of our ads.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings that help us understand how visitors use the page. Clarity masks sensitive input by default.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregated statistics about visits.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, process refunds, understand and improve our website, and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order information is kept as long as needed for delivery, support, refunds and legal or accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept according to each tool's retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by writing to support@shepherdstart.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
